Blue Earth County commissioners on Tuesday the 19th approved unanimously a countywide curfew for juveniles, set to take effect right away.
There are two rules:
Juveniles ages 12 and younger are not allowed in public places or establishments between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Juveniles 13 to 17 need to stay out of the same defined places between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.
There will be a few exceptions as expected, but these are rules that most juveniles must follow. Some exceptions may be when with an adult, coming home from work or school, emergency situation, or religious activities.
