County Road 29 Closure Near Mapleton for Bridge Replacement Begins March 17th
County Road 29, between 568th Avenue and 571st Avenue, located 2 miles southwest of Mapleton in Mapleton Township, will be closed for a bridge replacement project beginning Monday, March 17, 2025. Drivers should expect this portion of County Road 29 to be closed until July 2025. Thru-traffic on County Road 29 will be detoured via County Road 7 and MN Highway 30.
Residents and landowners are encouraged to contact the Blue Earth County Public Works Department to coordinate access concerns with the County and the Contractor, Minnowa Construction.
