Madelia Couple Hospitalized After Crash in Fairmont

A Madelia couple was taken to Fairmont Emergency Room after a crash in Fairmont Monday. The incident occurred at 2:59 pm Monday on Highway 15 at Victoria Street in Fairmont in Martin County.

A 2014 Dodge Durango driven by Heidi Mae Wolters, age 32 of Lewisville was travelling Eastbound from Victoria Street while the 2014 Ford Escape driven by Ronald Amil Becker, age 72 of Madelia, was travelling southbound on Highway 15. The vehicles made contact at the intersection. Both Becker and Deborah Ann Becker, who was a passenger in the vehicle, were transported to Fairmont Emergency Room with non-life threatening injuries.

Assisting at the scene were the Fairmont Police Department and Fairmont Fire Department.
