Event Details
Date & Time: Friday, January 31 | 2:00–6:00 PM
Location: Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center

Set-Up & Load-Out Information

  • Vendor access for set-up begins at 9:00 AM
  • All vendors must be fully set up by 1:45 PM (Announcements will be made prior to doors opening at 2:00 PM)
  • Deliveries and large equipment: Use Door #16 (Grand Hall loading dock – northeast corner near Number 4 Restaurant)
  • Smaller items, staff, and volunteers: Use Door #1 (southeast corner near U.S. Bank)
  • Parking: Free parking is available all day in the Civic Center Ramp (see attached map)
  • Load-out: All items must be removed by 10:00 PM

Beer & Wine Vendors

  • Vendors are encouraged to offer four (4) or more beverages for tasting
  • Tasting cups will be provided
  • Do not overserve attendees—standard intoxication and service rules apply, consistent with your licensed establishment practices

Liquor Vendors

  • Please plan to offer up to three (3) beverages for tasting
  • Vendors must provide their own tasting cups
  • Service size is limited to ¼ ounce per pour
  • Do not overserve attendees—standard intoxication and service rules apply, consistent with your licensed establishment practices

Alcohol-Free Beverage Vendors

  • Please plan to offer four (4) or more beverages for tasting
  • No serving limits apply

Information for All Vendors

  • Vendors may sell non-alcoholic products on-site (e.g., mixers, dirty sodas, apparel, glassware, merchandise)
    • Any vendor planning to sell items must complete and submit the attached ST-19 Form by January 15, 2026
  • Rinsing stations and dump buckets will be available between booths
  • Electricity is available by request only and must be requested by January 15, 2026
  • Complimentary internet access will be provided
  • Vendor Lounge will be available for staff breaks and phone calls
    • Light refreshments will be provided
  • Event volunteers from Radio Mankato and the Greater Mankato Area United Way will be on-site to assist
  • ID enforcement: Civic Center staff will oversee ID checks
    • No one under the age of 21 will be allowed on the premises, including vendor staff and volunteers

Sip City Social is owned and operated by Northstar State Entertainment.  Radio Mankato is contracted for Sales and Marketing for the event.
