The City of North Mankato Offering Babysitting Training Course

The North Mankato Culture & Recreation Department’s Babysitter Training Course offers universal skills and techniques that every babysitter should have! Class includes:
• Basic Care for Infants & Children
• Basic First Aid
• Child Behavior
• Age-Appropriate Activities
• Emergency Protocols
Instructor provides student materials including handbook and emergency reference guide. This course will also include Pediatric First Aid/CPR training, how to safely market yourself as a babysitter, as well as tips and tricks for entertaining and managing behaviors while babysitting! Offered to youth ages 11 – 15 years old (on the day of the activity). Please bring lunch and snacks. Located at the Spring Lake Park Warming House.
