1. Sponsor: The Minnesota Vikings Ticket Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Radio Mankato, 59346 Madison Ave, MN 56001, Enjoy Eagan, 1501 Central Pkwy Suite E, Eagan, MN 55121 (collectively referred to as the "Sponsors").
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsors, their parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of this Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
5. How to Enter: Detailed instructions on how to enter the Promotion will be provided by the Sponsors. Any entries found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, in each case, will be disqualified.
6. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of Four (4) Tickets to the Minnesota Vikings vs. Lions on December 24th, 2023. Specific ticket details, including seat location, will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. One (1) overnight stay in an incredible Eagan Hotel. 100 Dollars ($100) in Eagan Dining Gift Cards. Four (4) Vikings Museum passes. Any other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of participants.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
8. Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by phone, email, or mail. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsors may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
9. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
10. Disputes: The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Promotion shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Minnesota.
11. Privacy: All personal information collected by the Sponsors will be used for the administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsors' privacy policies. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein.
12. Termination: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
13. Timing: The contest begins Wednesday, November 1st, 2023, at 8:00am ends on or December 15th at 11:59 pm.  Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.
 
These Official Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, state and local laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any Promotion information provided elsewhere (including but not limited in advertising or marketing materials), these Official Rules shall prevail.
