Warrant Issued for New Prague Man after Failure to Appear in Blue Earth County Court

A warrant has been issued for a New Prague man who failed to appear for a court appearance in Blue Earth County District Court last week. Marvin Lee Weichman of New Prague was charged with two misdemeanor counts, one for 5th Degree Assault and one for Disorderly Conduct, for an incident that occurred on September 9th in Pemberton.

The Court Administrator’s Office advised the County Attorney’s Office that on September 18, 2024, the Complaint Summons in this matter, together with notice of a required Court appearance, was mailed to the Defendant at the address set out above, directing him to appear in Court at 9:30 am on January 2, 2025.

The Complaint Summons and Notice of Hearing were returned by the Post Office as “Return to Sender- Not Deliverable as Addressed- Unable to Forward.”

The Defendant failed to appear, therefore; a Warrant is requested to complete his court appearance.
