Woodshire Drive Reconstruction Project Begins June 30

Work for the Woodshire Drive reconstruction project is scheduled to begin Monday, June 30 with work starting on the Woodshire hillside area from Madison Avenue to Knollcrest Drive. View project map.

The project area covers Woodshire hillside and Woodshire Drive from Sylvan Way to the end cul-de-sac. Construction will take place in stages with phased closures expected throughout the project.

As part of traffic control efforts, a lane closure on Madison Avenue—from Swiss Street through the Woodshire Drive intersection—will occur as pavement is removed. Drivers are encouraged to plan for possible delays and follow posted detours.

The project is a full reconstruction of underground utilities and roadway surfacing, aimed at improving long-term reliability and safety for area residents.

Construction is anticipated to be completed by October 2025.
