Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office To Host Open House In Eagle Lake

The City of Eagle Lake is inviting residents to attend an open house at Eagle Lake City Hall on Monday, April 1st from 3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of meeting Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office staff. There will be free hot dogs, drinks, chips, and tours of equipment.
“We hope that you can attend the open house and meet the dedicated and experienced law enforcement personnel serving the Eagle Lake community,” a news release stated.
The Patrol Division with the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office that is assigned to Eagle Lake is led by Lieutenant Mitch Gahler, Deputy Dan Grassman, and Deputy Nick Lewis.
City officials expressed gratitude for Sheriff Jeff Wersal, Chief Deputy Jeremy Brennan, Captain Paul Barta, and others for their time and attention to detail behind the scenes ensuring a smooth and safe transition from the Eagle Lake Police Department to contracting for complete law enforcement coverage through the Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office.
