On May 17, children and families are invited to experience a FREE Admissions Day for Ag Education Day, an immersive event that brings agriculture to life through interactive stations, real farm equipment, and engaging exhibits. This fun and educational day will highlight the journey of food from seed to table, offering children and caregivers a unique opportunity to connect with the agricultural industry.

Ag Education Day is a hands-on event where children and caregivers can discover the fascinating world of agriculture and the trucks that transport food from farms to our tables. From planting seeds to stepping into a combine simulator, this event highlights the innovation and dedication that drive food production,” said Rob Grover, CMSM Committee Chair and Owner of Grover Farm Trucking.

Spanning 3.5 acres in the heart of downtown Mankato, Ag Education Day will feature:

  • Over 10 semi-trucks and authentic tractors
  • Cutting-edge drones and a state-of-the-art combine simulator
  • A Play Zone where children can climb, crawl through large drainage systems, jump into Corn and Soybean Pits, participate in a “truck wash,” and plant their own seeds

With over 30 community partners and industry experts coming together to create an unforgettable experience, Ag Education Day promises a day of exploration, discovery, and fun for the whole family.

“Ag Education Day is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the technology and innovation that drive modern agriculture. We’re proud to partner in this event and help connect children and families with the people and processes that bring food from the farm to their tables,” said KC Graner, CFS CEO.

Ag Education Day is proudly presented by Central Farm Service and Central Advantage.

Join us on May 17 from 9 AM to 4 PM at 244 Lamm Street, Mankato, MN 56001, for a day filled with hands-on activities and agricultural adventures!
