Freedom Home Care Announces Two New Key Hires to Strengthen Leadership Team
Freedom Home Care is excited to announce the appointment of Jen Jones as Executive Director and Vanessa Tompkins as Sales and Marketing Director. These two additions to the leadership team are integral to continuing the agency’s mission of providing personalized, affordable, and compassionate home care services to clients across southern Minnesota and the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
Jen Jones – Executive Director
With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jen Jones brings a deep understanding of both patient care and management to her new role as Executive Director. Throughout her career, Jen has worked in a wide range of healthcare settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, the Department of Corrections, hospitals, and home care. This broad experience enables her to lead Freedom Home Care with a comprehensive perspective on delivering the highest standard of care.
Jen is originally from Mora, MN, and has certifications from South Central College after studying at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Vanessa Tompkins – Sales and Marketing Director
Vanessa Tompkins joins Freedom Home Care as Sales and Marketing Director, bringing 20 years of experience in education and a strong commitment to client care. Vanessa’s ability to listen to clients, understand their unique needs, and build strong, trust-based relationships allows her to provide tailored home care solutions that promote the well-being of individuals and families.
Vanessa holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Senior Advisor.
