Hero Pay Appeal Window Closes
(St. Paul, MN) — The window to appeal denied Hero Pay applications has officially closed. Nearly one-point-two-million people applied for Minnesota’s frontline worker bonus check payout. The state denied over 200-thousand applicants, but those denied had about a month to appeal. Now, state officials will review appeals and calculate how much each person will receive. It was originally estimated that nearly 670-thousand people were eligible, meaning frontline workers would get 750-dollars each.
