No Travel Advisory Lifted In Western MN

(Moorhead, MN)  —  A No Travel Advisory has been lifted in western Minnesota.  The Department of Transportation closed I-94 from Fergus Falls to Moorhead early this morning after strong winds and blowing snow made for dangerous driving conditions.  The highway was reopened at noon.  MnDOT says the roads are still partly covered and whiteout conditions remain possible, warning drivers to use caution.
