Mankato, MN – Pioneer Bank has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2025 honor by Minnesota Top Workplaces. This list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage  LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“This recognition is incredibly meaningful because it reflects how our employees truly feel about working here,” said David Krause, CEO of Pioneer Bank. “We strive every day to create a culture of respect, support, and opportunity. Our team is the heart of everything we do, and this award is a direct reflection of their dedication and commitment to our values.”

Pioneer Bank was ranked number 74 in the Small Business category in this year’s Top Workplaces rankings. This recognition places Pioneer Bank among the most highly rated small businesses in Minnesota, based on employee responses regarding leadership, communication, alignment, and workplace culture. The ranking underscores the bank’s continued commitment to creating a positive and engaging work environment where employees feel valued and supported in their personal and professional growth.
