Study: 25% Of Minnesotans Reduce Expenses Due To Energy Costs
(Minneapolis, MN) — More than a fourth of Minnesota households are struggling to keep the lights on. A new study by LendingTree found that 25-point-one-percent of Minnesota households have had to cut back on essentials like food and medicine bills to afford energy costs. However, that’s nothing compared to the rest of the nation. Minnesota is among a handful of states with the lowest percentage of households reducing basic expenses to pay their electricity bills.
