2026 Summer Ride Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Sponsor: 2026 Summer Ride Giveaway ("Promotion") is sponsored by Radio Mankato, 59346 Madison Ave, MN 56001, Northstar Power Sports & Marine, 2120 Consul Street, Albert Lea, MN 56007 (collectively referred to as the "Sponsors").

2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsors, their parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of this Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Promotion. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. How to Enter: Potential winners must be present at a qualifying event and scan the unique QR code to enter. Each event will have a unique QR code to ensure potential winners are present. Potential winners are to enter once per event. Potentials winners may enter the win at as many unique events during the contest period. The more entries (events visited) the better the odds are to be selected as a finalist. Any entries found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, in each case, will be disqualified.

6. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of (1) 2026 Polaris Ranger provided by Northstar Powersports & Marine in Albert Lea, MN. Specifications of the boat can be found on this website. Any other expenses not specified herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Odds of winning depend on number of participants.

7. Finalists Selection: The finalists will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

8. Winner Giveaway Event: Finalists will be notified by phone, email, or mail. Finalists will be asks to join the Sponsor at the final giveaway (Time and Location – TBD). Finalists will compete in a series of random, by chance events to select the final winner. Must be present to win. Sponsors may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

9. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, and their respective
