MN GOP Reps Urge Biden to Lift COVID Travel Restrictions at Canadian Border

Minnesota’s Republican members of Congress are urging the Biden administration to end all COVID-related travel restrictions for people visiting the U-S.   Representative Michelle Fischbach led the delegation’s letter to President Biden asking him to lift COVID testing requirements and proof of vaccination at our international borders.  Canada ended its travel restrictions last week.  Congressman Pete Stauber says, “our northern border communities are suffering as these unnecessary pandemic era restrictions are preventing Northland businesses from recovering and families from being reunited.”  They say the restrictions have also had a direct impact on commerce between the U-S and Canada
