Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon Underway

(Duluth, MN)  —  The John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon is underway.  The race kicked off yesterday morning on the grounds of Billy’s Bar at the border between Duluth and Rice Lake.  There are 17 teams in the race that follows the North Shore heading to the finish line at Grand Portage Lodge and Casino.  Officials expect the marathon to wrap up Tuesday evening.
