Traverse Green Phase III Development in St. Peter Beginning Lot Reservation Process
The Traverse Green Phase III Development (Cullen Street Project) is scheduled to be ready for new home construction beginning in early July 2025.
The City is selling 16 lots (Blocks 2 and 4).
The initial lot reservation day (“land rush”) will be Wednesday, March 26, 2025.
Prospective buyers may contact the Community Development Department at 507-934-0661 or benb@saintpetermn.gov to be placed on the “Lot Reservation List” by 4:00 pm on March 20, 2025.
Lot Reservation Date – Wednesday Morning of March 26th 8:00am – 10:00am Individuals listed on the initial “Lot Reservation List” invited to select a lot(s). 10:00am – Noon General public, not on the “Lot Reservation List”, invited to select a lot(s).
