Adam Fravel Sentenced to Life in Prison Without Parole for Murder of Madeline Kingsbury
Adam Fravel was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole in Winona County Court Tuesday. Fravel received the maximum sentence allowed under Minnesota state law for murder in the first degree. Before Fravel’s sentence was handed down, victim impact statements were read from the family of Madeline Kingsbury.
Fravel was found guilty for the murder of 26-year-old Madeline Kingsbury in March 2023. Kingsbury was the mother of Fravel’s two children. She went missing after dropping her children off at a day care in Winona. Her remains were later found near Fravel’s family property by the Iowa border.
