Additional Charges Filed in May 23rd Homicide Investigation

The North Mankato Police Department and Nicollet County Attorney’s office announce additional charges in the May 23rd murder of Tyson Goodsell.

Ryan Robert Wolner, age 18, of rural Mankato MN, who remains in custody in Blue Earth County, is facing additional charges following the filing of an amended criminal complaint in Nicollet County District Court. The amended complaint adds charges #6-9 outlined below:

1) Felony Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery
2) Felony Conspiracy to Commit 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery
3) Felony Aiding an Offender Accomplice After the Fact- Obstruction of Investigation 2nd Degree Murder
4) Felony Aiding an Offender Accomplice After the Fact- Obstruction of Investigation Attempted 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery
5) Felony Aiding an Offender to Avoid Arrest-Harbor/Conceal
6) Felony Aiding and Abetting 2nd Degree Murder
7) Felony Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Assault Great Bodily Harm
8) Felony Aiding and Abetting 2nd Degree Assault, Dangerous Weapon, Substantial Bodily Harm and;
9) Felony Aiding and Abetting 2nd Degree Assault, Dangerous Weapon

As additional facts are developed, further arrests and criminal charges remain possible.
