The Blue Earth County Library System (BECLS) is thrilled to announce two upcoming classes on resume writing, presented in partnership with CareerForce. Both classes will take place at the Blue Earth County Library, the first on Thursday, September 8 at 1pm and the second on Thursday, September 22 at 11am. The sessions will be identical and are free to attend. Space is limited, so interested participants are encouraged to register for either session by calling 507-304-4002.

The goal of each workshop is to provide participants with resume strategies to attract interviews and improve their networking opportunities. Topics covered will include resume formats, the four basic parts of a resume, how to write accomplishment statements, application tips, and more!

These classes are among several events for both adults and children happening at the Blue Earth County Library this fall. All BECLS events are free and open to the public, and more information can be found by visiting www.beclibrary.org, signing up at www.beclibrary.org/246/Library-Newsletter, or picking up a newsletter from any BECLS location.
