Bremer Continues Historic Season with NSIC Weekly Recognition
BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Minnesota State senior guard Natalie Bremer has been named the NSIC South Division Player of the Week after leading the top-ranked Mavericks to another winning weekend.
Bremer delivered a dominant two-game stretch, averaging 27.5 points while guiding MSU on the road. She opened the weekend with a 32-point performance against Augustana, marking her third 30-point outing of the season, while also tying her career high with three blocks and adding three rebounds and an assist.
She followed with 23 points against Wayne State, contributing on both ends of the floor with five total rebounds (two offensive), two assists, and seven steals.
Nationally, Bremer continues to rank among the elite, sitting fifth in Division II in scoring at 21.4 points per game. This honor marks her fourth NSIC Player of the Week selection this season (Dec. 1, Dec. 8, Dec. 22).
Bremer and the Mavericks return to action on Thursday, Feb. 19 inside the Taylor Center facing Winona State. Tipoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
