4th ranked and top seeded JWP 80, 3rd seed Springfield 65
Bulldogs are now 28-3, and will head to the state tournament for the 4th time in program history and the first time since 2008. Their Class A State Quarterfinal game will be on Thursday March 26th at Target Center
Section 2AA Final
3rd seed Waseca 75, Top seed Belle Plaine 64.
Blue Jays are making their 15th trip to State. Last year the Jays finished as State Runner Up. Waseca is now 23-7 and their Quarterfinal game at state will be Tuesday March 24th at Target Center
Section 2, 3A Final tonight
Top seed and 6th ranked Mankato East faces 3rd seed St Peter at Gustavus at 7 tonight.
Cougars are 20-7, Saints are 18-9. East beat St Peter last month 85-57. East has been to state 13 times, including 4 years in a row, and the last 2 years finished as the State runner up. St Peter has been to State 6 times, last time in 2019
