City of North Mankato hosting Rental Density Open House

The City of North Mankato is reviewing City Code Chapter 151.18, which currently limits rental licenses to 10% per block in R-A, R-1, R-1S, and R-2 residential zones. Citizen feedback is important in helping staff and elected officials decide on future rental license policies. Residents are invited to an Open House on Monday, March 10th from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. at Fire Station #2 to ask questions and share input with the City Council, staff, and the project Steering Committee.
