East Carter Dean qualifies for State Golf Tournament

Needing an amazing finish, Carter Dean birdies 3 of his last four holes to qualify for State!! Carter shot a 2 day total of 147 (3 over par) and goes to State in the toughest section in the State for the first time a Cougar has gone since 2018 when Walker Nelson and Carson Haley went.  Walker took 2nd overall as an individual in 2018 and Carson took 2nd overall as an individual in 2017.  Before that the Cougars won State as a team at the AA level in 2015 and Carter Haley won State individually in 2014
