WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Radio Mankato is growing again, so we’re seeking a new Account Executive to work in the Mankato area. This person should first and foremost be a team player with a good attitude and goal-oriented. Attention to detail, creativity, drive to succeed, and excellent communication skills are also a plus. Sales experience is not necessary, but preferred.

Radio Mankato is a unique cluster of radio stations located in the heart of Southern Minnesota. We are a community-driven and family-focused radio syndicate, thanks to our dedicated local ownership of over 65 years, founded by Don Linder and succeeded by John Linder. In an age of syndicated, chain-owned radio, Radio Mankato broadcasts live, bold, and local entertainment. Our content is full of personality with the area’s most seasoned radio professionals. A FEW DETAILS
The hours for this position are typically a normal work week, Monday–Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, with select weekend work for special events sponsored by the Radio Stations.
This position involves, but is not limited to, working with local businesses to promote their brand and increase their sales. This is achieved by (1) developing and maintaining solid client relationships and (2) helping the client to create a comprehensive radio or digital advertising campaign, including social media management and content creation.
