Farmamerica invites the community to enjoy an evening of live music, food, and fun while helping preserve one of Farmamerica’s historic landmarks during Band for the Barn on Saturday, July 25th.

The event will take place on Farmamerica’s grounds and will feature live music by Gold Star Band, food and beverages from local vendors, and opportunities to gather with family and friends in support of a meaningful cause.

Band for the Barn is more than a summer concert; it’s a fundraiser benefiting the preservation of Farmamerica’s iconic Red Barn. As one of the sites’ most recognizable historic structures, the barn has welcomed generations of visitors and serves as a centerpiece for Farmamerica’s mission of connecting people to the evolving story of agriculture.

Doors open at 5:00 PM, with live music beginning at 6:00 PM. Presale tickets are encouraged and can be purchased online at farmamerica.org/events, at the Farmamerica Visitor Center, or at Waseca Music Company. Tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event.

Community members who are unable to attend but would still like to support the Red Barn campaign are encouraged to donate through the GoFundMe campaign page, gofundme.com/f/farmamericas-red-barn.

Farmamerica is a non-profit agricultural interpretive center that connects people with the evolving story of agriculture through educational hands-on experiences like historic farm tours, day camps, and family-friendly events, partnerships, and community engagement. The 360-acre Farmamerica site is located right off Highway 14 on County Road 2, west of Waseca, MN.
