Finstad Not Pleased With Prisoner Exchange For Griner

First District Congressman Brad Finstad is not pleased with the prisoner exchange between Russia and the U.S.

“If I am ever at a table as a negotiator, please, please, please smack me in the face if I bring Joe Biden to the table.”

Finstad said he is glad that Griner is back home since she is an American but feels it is a failed negotiation.
