Four Dozen Charged In Alleged 250M Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme
(St. Paul, MN) — Four dozen people are facing charges in connection with an alleged 250-million dollar Feeding Our Future fraud scheme. The director and founder of the nonprofit is among those charged yesterday in what prosecutors are calling a “massive scheme” to defraud the federal government of funds intended to feed needy children during the pandemic. U.S. Attorney Andrew Luger is calling the scheme the largest pandemic fraud case in the country. Luger says it’s also one of the largest federal fraud cases brought in Minnesota.
