Graphic Design and Digital Media Specialist
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well with people, and wants to create meaningful work for both local brands and one of Southern Minnesota’s strongest local media companies. In this role, you’ll help shape the look and feel of promotions, digital campaigns, social content, print materials, and client creative across our seven radio brands: KTOE, Minnesota 100, Hot 96.7, 93.1 KATO Hits, The Fan Mankato, 94.1 KXLP, and 105.9 North Star Country.

- Design graphics and marketing materials for Radio Mankato’s stations, promotions, events, and advertiser campaigns
- Create social media graphics, logos, branding materials, flyers, postcards, booklets, business cards, and other digital and print-ready assets
- Build, update, and maintain templated WordPress websites
- Assist with content creation and management for client social media platforms
- Work directly with the marketing team, sales staff, and on-air personalities to support promotions and campaigns
- Communicate with local business clients to understand goals, gather project details, and create effective visual materials
- Prepare files for digital use and print production with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple deadlines and projects while maintaining quality and consistency
- Experience in graphic design and digital media production
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with WordPress and website content updates
- Strong eye for layout, branding, typography, and detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and client-facing approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow
- Experience working with local businesses or clients
- Understanding of digital advertising and marketing strategy
- Experience creating both print and web-ready materials
- Photography, video, or motion graphic skills are a plus
