Habaneros fall in Madison, Moondogs hold off the Loggers

The Mankato Habaneros lost to the best team in the Northwoods League, losing 9-3 in Madison. Habaneros are now 13-24, while the Night Mares improve to 31-6. Same two teams meet for a double header in Madison tonight, first pitch at 5:05

The Mankato Moondogs held off LaCrosse last night, 11-10. The Dogs scored 9 runs in the top of the 3^rd and led 11-1. But the Loggers would score 6 in the 7^th and 1 more in the 9^th to just fall short. Dogs are now 12-13 in the 2^nd half of the season and will host LaCrosse tonight at 6:35
