Level 3 Predatory Offender Originally set for Release in Mankato remains in custody
Blue Earth County judges have found sufficient grounds to sign a civil commitment hold order for level 3 predatory offender, Dwayne Qutez Irving. As a result, Irving has not been released into the Mankato community.
Irving will remain in custody at the Moose Lake Correctional Facility in Moose Lake, MN, until further order of the court. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 12, 2025. It is the intention of the Mankato Department of Public Safety to keep the community informed if judicial decisions lead to Irving’s release in Mankato.
