Mankato PD Seeks Public’s Help Locating Second Suspect in Crash Incident

Mankato – On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 2:04 p.m., Mankato Department of Public Safety responded to a one vehicle crash at the intersection of Sibley Parkway and Hubbell Avenue. Upon arriving, officers found a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country had crashed into a concrete flower bed. The male driver of the vehicle suffered multiple injuries and was transported to Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital in Mankato.  His condition is unknown. Officers discovered that some type of disturbance took place in Sibley Park between the injured driver and another person just prior to the crash. That person got into a separate vehicle and fled the scene. The investigation into what may have happened at Sibley Park and the resulting crash is ongoing.
