MAPS Community Education to Host Free Nutrition and Wellness Sessions for Parents and Caregivers
MAPS Community Education is excited to offer a series of free nutrition and wellness sessions designed to support parents and caregivers in fostering healthy eating habits for their families. These engaging and informative presentations, led by registered dietitians, will provide practical strategies for introducing solids, managing picky eating, meal planning, and promoting lifelong wellness.
All sessions will be held at the Center for Learning (15 Map Dr, Mankato) from 5:30-7 p.m. A complimentary dinner will be provided in the cafeteria from 5:30-6 p.m., with presentations taking place in the gym from 6-7 p.m. Free childcare will also be available.
