Mike Lindell Suing Feds To Get Cellphone Back

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is suing leaders in the Department of Justice in an effort to get back his cellphone from authorities.  Lindell claims his rights were violated when FBI agents seized the phone in a Mankato Hardee’s drive-thru last week.  Lindell also wants the judge to stop the government from accessing any data retrieved from the phone, and to keep law enforcement from releasing any information found after carrying out their warrant.  Lindell has been outspoken in his effort to push false claims about widespread fraud in the 2020 election.
