Minnesota Congressman Emmer Takes Number Three Spot In House

(Washington, DC)  —  Congressman Tom Emmer will serve as the House Majority Whip when the new session begins in January.  The Minnesota Republican won his bid for the position yesterday.  Emmer led the GOP’s campaign arm for the midterms.  He won a fifth term in Congress last week.
