Minnesota Experiencing 8th Snowiest Winter On Record

Minnesota is experiencing one of its snowiest winters of all time.  FOX 9 reports there has been a total of 80 inches of snow to fall this winter.  That makes it the 8th snowiest on record.  The first place holder is the winter of 1983 to 1984, when over 98 inches fell.
