Minnesota Health Officials Believe Monkeypox Count Is Too Low
(Minneapolis, MN) — Health officials suspect there are more Monkeypox cases in Minnesota. The CDC’s official count is 33 cases statewide, but the state’s Department of Health says there are likely more cases that haven’t been reported. The state is warning that the monkeypox can spread from person-to-person. However, the data shows its spread almost exclusively among men who have sex with other men.
