Minnesota State Senator Recovering From Snowmobile Crash
(Ida Township, MN) — A Minnesota state senator is recovering from a snowmobile crash that caused minor injuries. Senator Torrey Westrom was the passenger on the snowmobile, driven by a 13-year-old family member Sunday when it hit a snowbank, throwing Westrom out of the vehicle. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says the senator suffered upper body pain and wasn’t seriously hurt.
