Moondogs and Habaneros pick up wins on Monday
The Mankato Moondogs snapped a 7 game losing streak, blowing out the Badlands Big Sticks 15-3 last night. Dogs were up 7-3 when they put the game away scoring 8 times in the 7th. Shortstop Cole Clark from Huntington Beach, California, led the offense going 4 for 5 with 2 Homeruns and 4 RBI’s. Moondogs are now 2-8 in the 2nd half of the season, and will face the Big Sticks again tonight in Dickinson, North Dakota at 6:35
The Mankato Habaneros swept a double header from Wausau last night winning game 1, 7-3, and Game 2, 5-0. Habaneros are now 9-17 and will host the Ignite again tonight at 6:35 at ISG Field
