North Mankato Fire Department Responds to Garage Fire

The North Mankato Fire Department was called to a residential fire at 850 Lyndale St. at 7:19 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2022. 

Emergency crews arrived at a two-stall unattached garage structure to find flames emerging from  eves. Firefighters extinguished the fire in the garage area and damage was confined to single  structure. There was moderate damage to garage contents and structure, and there were no  injuries. 

The North Mankato Fire Department was on scene for approximately 1 hour and were assisted  by North Mankato Police Department and Mayo Ambulance. The case remains under  investigation by the North Mankato Fire Department and MN State Fire Marshal’s Office.
