Nov. 15 Documentary Film Screening about Women in Business Highlights at Minnesota State Mankato
Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship will screen the documentary “Shot of Influence,” which features Twin Cities women leaders and entrepreneurs, Tuesday, Nov. 15 from 3:30-4:30 p.m. in the University’s Ostrander Auditorium (located in Centennial Student Union).
The documentary film, free and open to the public, will be followed by a networking mixer. Free registration is available at https://cob.mnsu.edu/events-media/events/women-in-business/. The film is one of a series of events organized from Nov. 14-18 by the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship and local organizations as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week.

According to a Global Entrepreneurship Network website story, “during one week each November, thousands of events and competitions around the world inspire millions to engage in entrepreneurial activity while connecting them to potential collaborators, mentors and investors. Since it launched in 2008, Global Entrepreneurship Week has expanded to 170 countries – building and strengthening entrepreneurial ecosystems around the world. Founded by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, the initiative is supported by dozens of world leaders and a network of roughly 10,000 partner organizations.”
