(Richfield, MN)  —  One teen is out of jail after being arrested in connection with a shooting outside a Richfield High School football game.  Police released a 16-year-old boy yesterday who was being held on suspicion of having a role in last week’s shooting that left two people wounded.  Authorities say the teen is suspected to have instigated the fight that led to the shooting.  A 15-year-old boy remains in custody and is awaiting charges, accused of being the shooter.
