Safe Routes to School Trail Temporarily Closed Beginning Monday, May 5th

Beginning Monday, May 5th, the Safe Routes to School Trail from Howard Drive to Green Acres Drive will be temporarily closed. The segment of trail that will be closed is located on the Dakota Meadows Middle School property. The trail is expected to be closed for one month and will reopen with a temporary gravel path until paving is completed in June. The trail will be closed while the Mankato Area Public School District constructs new tennis courts at Dakota Meadows Middle School.

Signage will be placed at both ends of the property, please use alternate routes until the construction work is completed.
