The campaign for Minnesota’s statewide offices kicks into high gear today (Fri) at the State Capitol:

D-F-Lers are launching their statewide bus tour with a rally (830am) outside the Capitol featuring Democratic National Committee Chair Jaime Harrison and Democrats’ statewide office candidates:  Governor Tim Walz, Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan, Attorney General Keith Ellison, Secretary of State Steve Simon and State Auditor Julie Blaha.  Inside the Capitol (945am),  Republican candidate for governor Scott Jensen outlines what he says are Walz administration policies responsible for the murders of 16 Minnesotans.  Later (11am) in the Rotunda,  Republican National Committee Chair Ronna (RON-uh) McDaniel joins Jensen and lieutenant governor running mate Matt Birk for a rally honoring veterans.
