“Stepping up from Farm to Frontline” offers soy-soled shoes to frontline workers

This summer the “Stepping up from Farm to Frontline” program aims to donate soy-based Skechers shoes around the state.

“We’re making these thousands of shoes available to first responders and we want the local community to get involved and raise a hand and say hey I know a really good first responder I would like to see them get a pair of these shoes.”

Minnesota Soybean Council CEO Tom Slunecka says the shoes are just the latest local effort showing the versatility of soy products. You can find out more about soy products and about the “Stepping Up” program at mnsoybean.org.
