Storm Could Dump Up To 20 Inches Of Snow In Southern Minnesota

An incoming storm is expected to dump up to 20 inches of snow in southern Minnesota.  The storm will hit the lower half of the state this evening, and will last through Thursday afternoon.  Central and southern Minnesota are under a winter storm warning.  Strong wind gusts have already hit, and are expected to strengthen during a second wave of snow Wednesday night.
