(Minneapolis, MN)  —  Minnesota is considered one of the worst states when it comes to racial progress.  That’s according to a new study from WalletHub, which ranked the state 48th nationwide.  The personal finance website used more than 20 key indicators of equality and integration, including gaps in annual income, unemployment, education, and poverty.  The only places to rank lower than Minnesota were Iowa, Wisconsin, and Washington, D.C.  Hawaii was found to have the most racial integration.
