Teen Found With Gun Near Funeral Reception Shooting Facing Charges
(St. Paul, MN) — A 16-year-old found with a gun near the scene of a shooting outside a St. Paul recreation center is facing weapons charges. The teen was spotted allegedly carrying a machine gun Friday night near the scene of a shooting outside a celebration of life event for 15-year-old Devin Scott. He is charged in juvenile court with possessing a machine gun and possessing a gun while under the age of 18. He is not charged with any direct involvement in the shooting.
